Members joined us on the 21st of September for our first live Private Dining Event of the year at Home Grown private members club. A fabulous evening of fine wine, socialising and networking with co-founders Nathan Mathan and Damon Segal facilitating the conversation around the table. Rachel Sweeney, Head of EMEA, Google Play Business innovation at Google, joined us as our fascinating topic expert for the evening and discussed the subject of strategic marketing.
The topic for the evening was "Tell me about a time when you executed a strategy where the outcome (either positive or negative) was completely different from what you expected," covering the challenging opportunities after 2020, setting goals, targets and omnichannel marketing. Rachel's excellent insight into strategic frameworks, growth marketing and analytics, helped develop an engaging discussion between herself and those in attendance.
